Driver is expected to be at least 21 years old with a driver’s license that he adholds for at least 1 year prior.

Age of ATVs
All of the ATVs follow the rules of E.O.T that instructs that all vehicles must be maximum 15 years old. All of the ATVs of M&E Rentals are brand new of 2023.

Guarantee amount in the credit card
NO money amount will be held as a guarantee from the customer.

Payment Methods
The customer can pay with the following methods:
Direct transfer to our bank account through website booking
Pay on arrival with cash
Pay on arrival with credit card (pos)

Fuel Policy
We kindly request our customers to return the vehicle with the fuel it found it in the indicator (expect it to be full and return it full), this way we preserve the wellbeing of our ATVs to get the optimal experience.
06.
Transport by boat
The ATV must stay in the region of Mykonos Island.
07.
Case of Accident or Mechanical disfunction
In case an accident or a mechanical disfunction occurs you are expected to contact us 24/7.
08.
Rental Period
The rental period begins on the date and time specified in the agreement and ends on the date and time specified in the agreement. Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

Rental Rates and Charges
The Renter agrees to pay the Company the rental rate as specified in the agreement
Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, excessive wear and tear, or any other breaches of this agreement.
10.
Condition of ATV
The Renter acknowledges that they have inspected the ATV and found it to be in good working condition, free of any defects or damages, except as noted in the rental agreement.
11.
Use of ATV
The ATV shall only be used by the Renter and shall not be sublet or loaned to any other party.
The ATV shall only be operated in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
12.
Maintenance and Repairs
The Renter agrees to maintain the ATV in the same condition as it was rented and to notify the Company immediately of any mechanical issues or damages.
The Company shall be responsible for all necessary repairs and maintenance, except for damages caused by the Renter’s negligence or misuse.
13.
Liability
The Renter assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the operation and use of the ATV during the rental period.
The Company shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the Renter or any third party during the rental period.
